Bring in the Standard regulations on the commission on questions of protection of the rights of the child approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 866 "Questions of the activities of guardianship and custody bodies connected with protection of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 76, Art. 2561; 2014, No. 93, the Art. 2684), and Regulations on general education educational institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 2010 No. 778 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010., No. 65, Art. 2291; 2014, No. 10, Art. 331; 2016, No. 79, the Art. 2646), changes which are applied.

1. Item 4 of the Standard regulations on the commission on questions of protection of the rights of the child approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 866, to add with the subitem 4 following of content:
"4) considers question of justification of circumstances under which there are no opportunities for receipt of complete general secondary education by the child at the place of residence (stay), and makes the decision on feasibility of the device of the child in general education boarding school of I-III step according to the statement of parents with determination of term of its stay in boarding school.
