About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 28, 2016 No. 699
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 14, 2016 to No. 941 "About renaming of some of the Public fiscal service", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of the address with tests (samples) of goods I order:
1. In the name and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 28, 2016 No. 699 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer, return and destruction (utilization) of tests (samples) of goods after carrying out research (examination) by Specialized laboratory concerning examination and researches GFS and forms of deeds of conveyance of tests (samples) of goods, about return of tests (samples) of goods, about destruction (utilization) of tests (samples) of goods", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2016 at No. 1173/29303, "Specialized laboratory concerning examination and researches" shall be replaced with words "Department of tax and customs examinations".
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for transfer, return and destruction (utilization) of tests (samples) of goods after carrying out research (examination) by Specialized laboratory concerning examination and researches GFS, form of the Deed of conveyance of tests (samples) of goods, form of the Act of return of tests (samples) of goods and form of the Act of destruction (utilization) of tests (samples) of the goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 28, 2016 No. 699, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2016 at No. 1173/29303, which are applied.
