About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 4, 2013 No. 443

1. In the name, preamble and the text of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 4, 2013, "About creation of the Permanent interdepartmental commission on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" the words "and to terrorism financing" shall be replaced with words No. 443 ", to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
2. Bring in appendix 1 "Structure of the Permanent interdepartmental commission on counteraction of legalization (laundering) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing (on position)", approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 4, 2013, No. 443, the following changes:
- in the name of the word "and to terrorism financing" shall be replaced with words ", to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";
- in the first and sixteenth paragraphs of the word "The Counselor of State of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legal Policy" and "Deputy Chief of Migratory Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" to replace respectively with the words "The Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan According to Legal Issues" and "Deputy Chief of Migratory Service".
