About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of February 22, 2012 No. 134, of March 30, 2012 No. 237, of June 19, 2012 No. 405 and of August 15, 2013 No. 426), the following changes:

The second Item 1 the word "industrial" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

The paragraph the fifth Item 3 to exclude 2);

3) in item 4:

a) to add subitem 1 after the paragraph of the twenty first with the new paragraph of the following content:

"-development and implementation of actions within powers for forming and realization of the state industrial policy".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the twenty second - to consider the forty sixth respectively paragraphs twenty third - the forty seventh;

b) state subitem 3 in the following edition:

"3) is performed by methodological providing and constitutes nation-wide supply-demand balances on main types of food and fuel and energy resources;

participates in creation of nation-wide supply-demand balances on main types of industrial output;

perfroms calculation and monitoring of indicators of food security";

c) in paragraph one of subitem 18 of the word "and industries" to exclude.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
