I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the conclusions concerning activity definition as such which belong to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations which are applied.
2. Assign obligations on provision of the conclusions concerning activity definition as such which belong to transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations, to department of customs and tariff policy and protection of the domestic market, department of legal support of foreign economic activity, inspection department behind foreign economic activity, the State information and analysis center of monitoring of the foreign goods markets Gosvneshinform (further - Gosvneshinform).
