2) in item 4:

exclude subitem 10;

subitems 17 - 19, 21 - 24 to state respectively in the following edition:

"17) is conducted by the register of the technologies created or acquired for means of the Government budget of Ukraine (further - budgetary funds), records and exercises control of the transferred technologies and enters data on them in the State register of the transferred technologies;

18) will be organized by conducting state examination of technologies and/or their components which are bought for budgetary funds, and also the technologies created or acquired for budgetary funds and/or their components which are transferred to legal entities who are registered in other states, or to physical persons foreigners or stateless persons;

19) is approved by transfer of the technologies constituting them, created or acquired for budgetary funds to legal entities who are registered in other states or to physical persons foreigners or stateless persons and performs their registration, and also approves import to Ukraine of technologies or their components which acquisition is supposed for budgetary funds";
