About modification of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization

1. Bring in Regulations on the National commission performing the state regulation in the field of communication and informatization approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1067 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization", the following changes:

Item 4 to add 1) with subitems 11-1, 24-1, 33-1 of the following content:

"11-1) exercises according to the law the state market supervision within the sphere of the responsibility";

"24-1) applies according to the law the corresponding sanctions against subjects of managing for violation of the laws on the state market supervision";

"33-1) accepts in the cases and procedure established by the law, the decision on acceptance of the rationing (adjusting) arrangements on safety of products about modification of such decisions or their cancellation";

Item 6 to add 2) with subitem 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1) to apply according to the law of the sanction against subjects of managing for violation of the laws on the state market supervision".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
