1) in Article 112:

If other is not provided by this Code, persons participating in case are informed on time and the place of judicial session, however their absence is not obstacle to permission of the question raised before court.";
b) the fourth and fifth to state parts in the following edition:
"4. The statement for recovery of the missed procedural submission due date of the writ of appeal, submission respectively to presidium of the Supreme Court of the republic, regional, regional court, court of the federal city, court of the autonomous region, court of the autonomous area, the district (naval) military court established by part two of article 376 of this Code is filed a lawsuit, considered case on the first instance.
The missed procedural submission due date of the writ of appeal, submission to judicial board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation established by part two of article 376 of this Code, and the passed procedural term established respectively by part two of Article 391.2 and part two of Article 391.11 of this Code can be recovered by the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
