About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Instruction about clearing settlements in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 22, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2004 for No. 377/8976 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 12:

"12.2. The claimant initiates money recovery in the cases determined by Item 12.1 of Chapter 12 of this Instruction:

1) from accounts of taxpayers - based on the judgment or the decision of the head (his deputy or the authorized person) of monitoring body (in the conditions determined by Item 95.5 of article 95 of the Tax Code of Ukraine);

2) from accounts of subjects of managing - based on the judgment.";

to state paragraph two of Item 12.4 in the following edition:
