About modification of the Procedure for provision and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for provision and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2013 No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 49, the Art. 1757), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision and registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of use of objects which in the procedure established by the legislation are accepted in operation after completion of construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital repairs.".

2. Exclude Item 3.

3. In Item of the 5th figure and the word "10 days" to replace with figure and the words "5 working days".

4. To state appendix to the Procedure in the following edition:

"Appendix to the Procedure (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2015 No. 311)

The declaration of compliance of material and technical resources to requirements of the legislation concerning fire safety"
