About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following changes:
The second Article 376 of the word "or deprivation of the license for the occupation right certain type of activity" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;
The paragraph third to state 2) to part 2 of Article 537 in the following edition: "-the head of the authorized state body regulating the questions connected with transactions with precious metals and gemstones.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
