About modification of the Regulations on the State register of medicines

Bring in the Regulations on the State register of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 31, 2004 No. 411 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 13, Art. 897; 2008, No. 100, Art. 3313; 2010, No. 57, Art. 1961; 2012, No. 53, Art. 2136; 2015, No. 67, the Art. 2211), changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph six of Item 2 of the word and figure "the paragraph of the seventeenth "About implementation of public procurements" shall be replaced with words parts three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine also in figure of "the paragraph of the sixteenth of part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On public purchases".
2. In item 4:
In paragraph ten of the word and figure "the paragraph of the seventeenth parts three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figure of "the paragraph of the sixteenth of part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On public purchases";
2) to add Item after the paragraph of the tenth with new paragraphs of the following content:
