Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2003 "About advertizing" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, Art. 457; 2007, No. 6, Art. 432; 2008, No. 10, Art. 824; 2011, No. 12, Art. 843; 2012, No. 4, Art. 262; 2014, No. 11, Art. 672; 2015, No. 3, Art. 224) following change and amendment:
1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:
"-the current events - process of the come events, important cases, the facts from private or public life, and also results of researches and undertakings;".
2. The second Article 20 to state part in the following edition:
"Sponsorship of advertizing from the physical persons and legal entities making alcoholic drinks, tobacco and tobacco products is forbidden.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
