About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About geographical instructions"

Article 1. ZR-60 "About geographical instructions" of April 29, 2010 (further – the Law) to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 5.1 of the following content:
"Article 5.1. Times for notification
1. The state authorized body, within three working days after decision making, by mail or by means of electronic system (including, by means of e-mail specified by the applicant), and also on other means of electronic communication established by the legislation sends the decision to the applicant. Decisions go in one of specified in this part of forms preferred by the applicant. Regardless of the form preferred by the applicant, the applicant can get also in the penal specified in this part the decision personally in the state authorized body.
2. Other notifications provided by this Law go, and surveys are conducted after the expiration of the corresponding terms provided by the law, within three working days, by mail or by means of electronic system (including, by means of e-mail specified by the applicant), and also on other means of electronic communication established by the legislation. Notifications go in one of specified in this part of forms preferred by the applicant.".
Article 2. In article 23 of the Law:
Words of parts 1 and 5 "within one month" shall be replaced with words 1) "within twenty working days",
2) to remove the words "in ten-day term" from Item 1 of part 6.
Article 3. Shall be replaced with words words of part 1 of article 24 of the Law "within one month" "within 15 working days".
Article 4. To remove the words "in ten-day term" from part 2 of article 26 of the Law.
