In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 1996 N 1216 "About Regulations on provision of financial guarantees independent financial intermediaries of the obligatory goods delivery in customs of appointment" and for the purpose of the organization of interaction of officials of customs authorities with independent financial intermediaries in case of application of procedure for granting of financial guarantees in case of customs clearance and control of transit transportations of excise goods I ORDER to customs authorities:
1. Approve the Instruction about the organization of work of customs authorities of Ukraine with independent financial intermediaries in case of application of procedure for granting of financial guarantees of the obligatory goods delivery in customs of appointment it (is applied).
2. To chiefs of customs to bring the Instruction to the attention of staff and to organize its accurate accomplishment.
3. To provide to legal department of State Customs Service registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice.
4. To confer control over the implementation of this order and responsibility for the general organization of interaction with independent financial intermediaries on vice-chairmen of Gostamozhsluzhby Yatsenko S.A. and Solovkov Yu. P.
