About entering of amendments and changes into Rules of motor transportations of passengers

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the organization and accomplishment of motor transportations of children the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of motor transportations of passengers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 972 "About some questions of motor transportations of passengers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 186, 5/28040; 2009, No. 105, 5/29628), following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Item 2 with the paragraph the twenty fifth the following content:

"the school bus - the bus intended for transportation of children, conforming to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts.";

1.2. the offer first of Item 24 to add with words ", and at least once in five years to improve skills according to single programs of advanced training of drivers of motorized vehicles of the corresponding category";

1.3. to exclude the word of "groups" from Item 147;

1.4. add Item 183 with part two of the following content:

"The automobile carrier upon the demand of the customer submits the documents confirming observance of requirements of the legislation to motor transportations of groups of children.";

1.5. in part one of Item 184 of the word "Item 183" shall be replaced with words "Item 183 parts one";

1.6. state Item 187 in the following edition:

"187. The drivers having at least three years of uninterrupted length of service of work on motorized vehicles of category "D" and who were not brought for the last year to the administrative responsibility for making of the offenses provided in parts 1, of 3, of the 4 and 9 Article 18 are allowed to motor transportation by buses of groups of children. 12, Articles 18.13-18. 19, 18.21, 18.22, 18.26 Codes of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses.";
