About entering of amendments into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

in Item 10:
after paragraph two to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"data on condition of fire safety of the premises which are in property or in ownership and use of candidates for adoptive parents;";
to consider paragraphs of the third or seventh respectively paragraphs the fourth or eighth;
Item paragraph two 2 appendices to this Provision after words to "sanitary and epidemiologic requirements" to add with words ", to requirements of fire safety";
1.2. in Regulations on the orphanage of family type approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2006 No. 289 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 41, 5/21032; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2012, 5/36004):
add Item 7 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"data on condition of fire safety of premises in which the orphanage of family type is created.";
