I. The paragraph the fifth Item 4-1 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004; 2016, 51, the Art. 840) after words "scientific" to add No. with the words "and also higher educational institutions on the under control Ukrainian power of the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. In a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
