About modification of the Regulations on the accreditation commission

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the accreditation commission approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380 "About licensing of educational services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, Art. 1946; 2011, No. 67, Art. 2587; 2012, No. 65, Art. 2662; 2013, No. 63, the Art. 2283), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the accreditation commission

1. To state paragraph two of item 4 in the following edition:

"Considers conclusions of MON, regional advisory councils, commissions of experts of MON, cross-industry advisory council on the higher education, advisory council on licensing and certification of professional educational institutions by results of conducting licensed, certification or accreditation examination, makes the decision on possibility of provision of licenses, certificates about certification, certificates on accreditation;".

2. In Item 5:

" (in coordination with their heads)" to add paragraph two after words with words ", representatives of Joint representative body of the party of employers at the national level, public associations, student's and charitable organizations";
