About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions"

Article 1
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 632, No. 12, of Article 2017, of 2036) to make the following changes:
1.1. In Articles 8.1. 5, 19.12. 4, 22. 4, 22.5 and 26.1.2 word "permissions" shall be replaced with words "licenses (permission)", in Articles 22.4 and 22.5 the word "Permissions" shall be replaced with words "Licenses (permission)";
1.2. Add with Article 19.8-1 of the following content:
"19.8-1. Within 30 days from the moment of licensing by sight of activities, stipulated in Article 4-1 Appendices No. 2 to this Law, between the owner of the license and the body which granted the license the license agreement shall be signed. If the license agreement is not signed, then the license granted by sight activities, stipulated in Article 4-1 Appendix No. 2 to this Law will not entail legal effects. The form and procedure for the conclusion of the license agreement are established by relevant organ of the executive authority.";
1.3. Add with Article 19.12-1 of the following content:
"19.12-1. In the license granted by sight activities, stipulated in Article 4-1 Appendix No. 2 to this Law there shall be record that the granted license will not entail legal effects if after licensing the license agreement, the stipulated in Article 19.8-1 this Law is not signed.";
1.4. In Article 22.1 in the first offer after the word "Licenses" to add with words "(except for the licenses granted by sight activities, stipulated in Article 4-1 Appendix No. 2 to this Law)", in the third offer after the word "expired" to add with the words "License and";
