Establish the extreme number of staff of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings) in number of 6714 units, including the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in number of 5966 people, federal government civil servants - 663 people, workers - 85 people.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
