Article 1. To state article 78 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 in the following edition:
"Article 78. Payment for acquisition of rights water use and use of water system
The state fee, according to the procedure and the size established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" is paid for acquisition of rights water use and use of water system.
The authorized body, within one working day after decision making about issue of permission, prolongation of action of permission, renewal of permission, properly notifies the applicant. The applicant shall be warned by the notification on the effects provided by this Article.
The applicant shall pay the state fee established for provision by the established this Article of service no later than within 5 working days after the proper notice about satisfaction of the request about issue of permission, prolongation of action of permission, renewal of permission.
The applicant can not submit the document certifying payment of the state fee to authorized body. In case of non-presentation by the applicant of the document certifying payment of the state fee, authorized body after decision making about satisfaction of the request for issue of permission, prolongation of action of permission, renewal of permission by means of treasurer online of management system or the state electronic payment system makes sure about payment of the state fee in the time established by this Article and properly issues or sends to the applicant permission, permission with prolonged term, the renewed permission, and also relevant decisions about them.
