Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) to add article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with parts 6 and 7 of the following content:
"6. The money which is available on the special bank accounts provided by the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia cannot be pledged, be under arrest, is collected for obligations of the debtor, except for stipulated in Item 3 Articles 928.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of cases.
7. The money which is available in the educational deposits provided by the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia cannot be pledged, be under arrest, is collected for obligations of the debtor or account holder, except for provided by part 2 of Article 905.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of cases.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
