About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. Article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In case of availability of money at the debtor, the bank servicing accounts of the debtor or other credit institution shall seize money of the debtor in that size which is specified in the decision of the forced contractor. In case of non-compliance with requirements of this part, the bank servicing accounts of the debtor or other credit institution shall for withheld more ought to pay the amount penalty, in the amount of 0.1 percent from the specified amount. The debtor can demand compensation of the caused damage if he proves that the caused damage exceeds the size of the penalty established by this part.".
Article 2. To add article 47 of the Law with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In case of availability of money at the debtor, the bank servicing accounts of the debtor or other credit institution shall seize money of the debtor in currency in that size which is specified in the decision of the forced contractor. In case of non-compliance with requirements of this part, the bank servicing accounts of the debtor or other credit institution shall for withheld more ought to pay the amount penalty, in the amount of 0.1 percent from the specified amount. The debtor can demand compensation of the caused damage if he proves that the caused damage exceeds the size of the penalty established by this part.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
