About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. In article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998:
1) to remove words of "national pension" from part 3,
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. During execution of writ of execution, from national pension of the debtor no more than thirty interests of pension, before complete repayment of the levied amounts can be deducted.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
