Article 1. "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 to state article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-221 in the following edition:
"Article 53. Estimation and realization of property of the debtor
1. Estimation and realization of property of the debtor are performed according to the procedure, established by this Law and the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public biddings".
2. In case of representation of property of the debtor at the electronic biddings, the decision on it is made after estimation of property, within three days.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
