About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) to state article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-221 in the following edition:
"Article 11. Registration of powers of the representative
Powers of the representative shall be confirmed with the power of attorney certified by the notary or the official having such power under the law. The power of attorney to the lawyer is issued with regular to written form and is not subject to assurance.
On behalf of the legal entity the power of attorney is issued in the procedure established by the law.".
Article 2. In the second paragraph of article 12 of the Law of the word "On behalf of Represented to Powers of Attorney Specially the Following Powers of the Representative Shall Be Provided" shall be replaced with words "The representative can perform the following powers if about them there is special note in the power of attorney".
Article 3. In article 21 of the Law:
Item 4 of part 1 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: "Passport data of the debtor, and also registration taxpayer number of the debtor - the legal entity and number of state registration or certificate number about state registration can not be specified if in proceedings on the reference the court could not obtain these data,",
Part 1 after Item 7 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content:
"In cases when proceeding from efficiency of justice, protection of the rights of other persons or interests of execution of the court ruling, accomplishment of executive actions in non-working days, and also is proved at night, the court about it does the note in writ of execution.".
