Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" of May 5, 1998 (further - the Law) to add article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) if during forced execution of the resolution on collection of property in case of distribution of collection on all property of the debtor it becomes clear that this property in thousandfold and bigger size of the minimum wage established by the law is not enough for ensuring complete obligation fulfillment before the creditor (creditors), or in case of insufficiency of property in thousandfold and bigger size of the minimum wage established by the law, in case of satisfaction of the requirement of the creditor (trebovatel) for any enforcement proceeding (productions) of service of forced execution of court resolutions complete obligation fulfillment before any other creditor (trebovatel) on this or other enforcement proceeding (productions) will be impossible.".
Article 2. To recognize article 70 of the Code invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
