About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2017 No. 40 "About optimization of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. in paragraph eight of structure of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree to exclude the words "concerning legislative and judicial activity";
1.2. in Regulations on the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree:
in Item 1 and part two of Item 3 of the word "concerning legislative and judicial activity" to exclude;
"the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus" to add Item 12 part one after words with the words "on general questions";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The main functions of the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus are:
14.1. control of implementation of strategic projects according to orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
14.2. monitoring of situation and informing in accordance with the established procedure the President of the Republic of Belarus about the course of accomplishment by National academy of Sciences of Belarus of state programs of scientific research and innovative development, and also about results of commercialization of scientific developments;
14.3. introduction to the Head of state in accordance with the established procedure through Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of the offers directed to effective implementation of strategic projects;
14.4. interaction concerning implementation of strategic projects with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs;
