About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. "About forced execution of court resolutions" (of May 5, 1998, ZR-221, further - the Law) to state Item 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"1) court resolutions on civil cases, except for the court resolutions solving on the merits of the case about recognition of the legal entity or citizen by the bankrupt and nachatiya of bankruptcy proceedings, and also court resolutions of administrative court of the Republic of Armenia, except for the court resolutions on cases provided by Chapter 24 of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 18 of the Law after the word "accepted" with words of "the first instance".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
