About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions" (from May 5, 1998, to add with ZR-221) with Item 7 of the following content:
"7. Requirements imposed to form, procedure and conditions of representation of the depots shown to the holder (subholder) by the forced contractor of the order for seizure, confiscation and forced realization of the government securities of the Republic of Armenia belonging to the debtor issued in paperless form are established by council of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia, having approved with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day after official publication.
