About approval of Rules of registration in the State register of objects which activities are connected with danger of damnification to the third parties

(as amended on on November 18, 2008)

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2004 "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of objects whose activities are connected with danger of damnification to the third parties" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration in the State register of objects which activities are connected with danger of damnification to the third parties.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
