Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 13, 1996 "About legal status of the deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1996, No. 23, Art. 348; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 995; 2013, No. 7, Art. 541, No. 12, Art. 906) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 5:
- in part one "these" to replace the word with the word "specified";
- in part two after the word to "questions" to add with the words "and to participate in their decision".
2. To state the paragraph of the sixth part one of Article 7 in the following edition:
"-in case of the termination of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, acquisition of nationality of other state;".
3. In part one of Article 13 of the word "any questions and offers" shall be replaced with words "offers and questions according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
4. In Article 14 part one:
- in the second offer of paragraph one to replace the word "this" with the word "specified";
- in the paragraph the second words. "bodies political" shall be replaced with words "representatives political".
5. In Article 15:
- in the name of Article shall be replaced with words the word of "citizens" "physical persons and legal entities";
