About modification of the Procedure of the state architectural construction supervision
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure of the state architectural construction supervision approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2011 No. 553 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 40, Art. 1647; 2012, No. 16, Art. 592; 2015, No. 79, the Art. 2644), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of January 17, 2017 No. 1817-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of town-planning activities".
