About modification of the Regulations on procedure for rendering actuarial services

1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for rendering actuarial services approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2009 No. 42 (рег. 2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. State Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The actuarial report is constituted in duplicate (on one for the customer and the actuarial organization), signed by the actuary who directly rendered actuarial services, affirms the head and is certified by seal of the actuarial organization (in the presence of seal). Sheets of the actuarial report shall be numbered, stitched and under seal the actuarial organization (in the presence of seal).".
2. State Item 25 in the following edition:
"25. The actuarial conclusion is taken out in duplicate (on one for the customer and the actuarial organization), signed by the actuary who directly rendered actuarial services, affirms the head of the actuarial organization and is certified by seal of the actuarial organization (in the presence of seal). Sheets of the actuarial conclusion shall be numbered, stitched and under seal the actuarial organization (in the presence of seal).".
