Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 17, Art. 1918; 2002, No. 52, Art. 5141; 2006, No. 1, Art. 5; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7607; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4043, 4084; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4001) following changes:

Item 8 of Article 10.2-1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8. Under the contract for maintaining the individual investment account transfer by the client to the professional participant of the security market only of money, except as specified, of stipulated in Item 4 these Articles is allowed. At the same time the cumulative cash amount which can be transferred within calendar year under such agreement cannot exceed one million rubles.";

Item 4 of Article 20 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The issuer concerning whom the measures of restrictive nature entered by foreign state, the union of foreign states or the international organization according to which transactions are prohibited are effective or transactions with securities of the specified issuer are otherwise limited, have the right to file in the Bank of Russia petition for preserving individual number (code) additional release of issued securities after three months from the moment of state registration of the report on results of additional release of issued securities. Such application is submitted to the Bank of Russia along with submission of documents for state registration of the report on results of additional release of issued securities. In this case the specified individual number (code) is cancelled based on the statement of the issuer for its cancellation after cancellation of such measures of restrictive nature.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
