1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for the conclusion of the contract on passing of military service in bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2011 No. 10 "About some questions of passing of military service under the contract in bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 59, 8/23651; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.09.2012, 8/26406):
to state subitem 7.10 of Item 7 in the following edition:
"7.10. non-compliance with the restrictions set for the state officials by the legislation on fight against corruption;";
the eleventh subitem 8.1.4 of Item 8 of appendices 1 and 2 to this Instruction to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"non-compliance with the restrictions set for the state officials by the legislation on fight against corruption;";
