About entering of amendments into the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2013 No. 8

1. Bring in the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2013 No. 8 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for selection of citizens for revenues to military service under the contract in bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.05. 2013, 8/27513) following amendments:
1.1. to "contract" to add the name and Item 1 after the word with the words "and their acceptance on military service under the contract";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for selection of citizens for revenues to military service under the contract in bodies of the border service of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. to "contract" to add the name, Item 1 and signature stamps of appendices 1 and 2 to this Instruction after the word with the words "and their acceptance on military service under the contract";
1.2.2. add the Instruction with Chapter 4 following of content:
"CHAPTER 4 ACCEPTANCE OF CANDIDATES FOR MILITARY SERVICE UNDER THE CONTRACT
19. Based on the solution of certifying commission the commander of military unit makes the decision on the candidates appointed to positions in military unit:
soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, warrant officers, ensigns - about acceptance on military service under the contract;
