3. The coastline represents the conditional concept applied rather average long-term provision of level of water object.
4. The coastline of the seas, lakes, the rivers and water storage basins can be: permanent and certain; non-constant and uncertain (the mean annual, low flooded sea coast, coast of the drying-up lakes and water storage basins, lakes on swamps, in flooded areas).
5. The coastline of the sea is the line of urez of water in case of its highest level during inflow, and in the absence of the tidal phenomena - the line of surf.
