About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring realization of housing laws of inhabitants of hostels

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1983, Appendix to No. 28, the Art. 573):

1) in Article 128:

in word part one "the legislation of USSR" to exclude, to replace words of "the Ukrainian SSR" with the word of Ukraine;

the second to state part in the following edition:

"The living space in the hostel is provided to the lonely citizens and families having the right to live in hostels, according to the decision of administration of the company, organization, organization or local government body, in property or management of which there is hostel";

2) article 129 after the word of "organization" to add with words "local government body", and after the words "on the provided living space" - the words "in the hostel";

Articles 130 and 131 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 130. The PROCEDURE for USE of LIVING SPACE IN HOSTELS

The procedure for use of living space in hostels is determined by the agreement signed before installation on the provided living space in the hostel based on the special order according to Approximate regulations on use of living space in hostels which affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Features of use of living space in the hostel which is subject to transfer into the ownership of territorial community are determined by the law.

Article 131. APPROXIMATE REGULATIONS ON USE of HOSTELS

The approximate regulations on use of hostels affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine after the consultations with the public held according to the legislation.
