Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of system of collection, transfer, processing and check of reliability of the basic data used for measure definition of reliability and quality of the delivered goods and the rendered services by the network organizations.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to bring into accord with this resolution:
form of the act of investigation of the reasons of accidents in power industry and procedure for its filling;
report form about accidents in power industry and procedure for its filling;
procedure for transfer of operational information about accidents in power industry.
