About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 929 of December 31, 2009

In the Order of the Government No. 929 of December 31, 2009. "About approval of the Technical regulation "Quality Requirements and Trade for Fresh Fruit and Vegetables" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 5-7, 26), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution, the name and the text of the Technical regulation, except for Item 7, and also in appendices No. 1-4:

to exclude the words "Technical regulation" in all grammatical forms, and to specify the word "Requirements" in the corresponding case;

the words "this Technical regulation" shall be replaced with words "these Requirements" in the corresponding case;

to state introductory part of the resolution in the following edition:

"According to provisions of the Law No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 on foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 83-87, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments".

2. In Quality requirements and trade for fresh fruit and vegetables:

"Quality requirements and trade for fresh fruit and vegetables partially shift appendix I to Regulations about enforcement (EU) No. 543/2011 of the Commission of June 7, 2011 about setting standards of application of the Provision (EU) No. 1234/2007 of Council in that, as for the sector of fruit and vegetables and the sector of the processed fruit and vegetables published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 157 of June 15, 2011 and shift Regulations about implementation (EU) No. 1333/2011 of the Commission of December 19, 2011 about establishment of standards of trade in bananas, rules about check of compliance with these standards of trade and requirements about messages in the sector of bananas published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 336 of December 20, 2011";
