Regarding 4 Sections "II. Check of the activities of executive officials connected with execution" "Procedure for the control of activities of executive officials" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2000 No. 80 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 5, Article 361; 2002, No. 5, Article 317, No. 10, Article 635; 2006, No. 3, Article 303, No. 10, Article 902; No. 11, Article 1040) after the word "prisoner" to add 2010, with words ", in addition to attraction to the punishment which is not connected with imprisonment, to fulfillment of requirements of court orders about forced treatment in specialized medical institution of persons concerning whom enforcement powers of medical nature for the purpose of the treatment of alcoholism or drug addiction including which allowed the administrative offense providing administrative detention, needing treatment for drug addiction are determined".
