In "Regulations on the off-budget fund of development of customs system of the Azerbaijan Republic and Rules of expenditure of fund" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 25, 1997 No. 140 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 6, Article 549; 2000, No. 6, Article 473; 2005, No. 8, Article 782; 2011, No. 4, Article 369; 2013, No. 12, Article 1637; 2016, No. 5, Article 954; No. 100) in the thirteenth paragraph of Item 3.1 figure "50" to replace the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 27, 2017 with figure "60".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2017.
