Questions of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade on possibility of ensuring implementation assigned to the Ministry by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2016 No. 585 "Some questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies of the state system of legal protection of intellectual property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 71, the Art. 2374) functions and powers of Public service of intellectual property which is liquidated.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2014 No. 658 "About approval of the Regulations on Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, the Art. 2783);
item 4 of changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 903 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, the Art. 3219).
