About modification of appendices No. 6 - 8 to the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy"

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendices No. 6 - 8 to the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2016 No. 1532 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 2, the Art. 361).

Changes which are made to appendices No. 6 - 8 to the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy"

1. In appendix No. 6 to the specified Program:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules determine conditions and procedure for distribution and provision of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of joint financing of payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation connected with implementation of actions on strengthening of unity of the Russian nation and ethnocultural development of the people of Russia (further - subsidies), within the state program of the Russian Federation "Realization of the state national policy".";

b) to state the subitem "an" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"a) availability of the legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation providing the list of the actions corresponding to Item 1 of these rules on which joint financing the subsidy is provided;";
