About introduction of amendments and changes in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 118
For the purpose of implementation of obligations within membership of the Kyrgyz Republic in the World Health Organization, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 118 the following amendments and change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add Item 1 after the words "in the Kyrgyz Republic" with words ", and also is National coordinator by the International medical and sanitary rules of the World Health Organization";
- Item 2 after words "other regulatory legal acts," to add with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic,";
- in Item 3 of the word "is legal entity" shall be replaced with words "has legal capacity of the legal entity".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its official publication.
