About introduction of amendments to article 11-1 - the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Parts second and third article 11-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 451; 2010, No. 8, Art. 62; 2015, 30, 272, No. 46, the Art. 418) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"The car recognized as the humanitarian assistance to which person with disability was provided through social security authorities of the population and more than 10 years, according to the decision of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea used, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations it can be gratuitously transferred to the possession to person with disability, to the legal representative of incapacitated person with disability or the child with disability at the request of such persons according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
After the death of person with disability, the child with disability the car recognized as the humanitarian assistance to which person with disability, the child with disability were provided through social security authorities of the population, at the request of members of their families of heirs of such persons is transferred by it to the possession gratuitously according to the decision of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
