1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of January 21, 2005 No. 24/28/18 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of the certified producers of milk, milk raw materials and dairy products", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2005 at No. 100/10380.
2. To department of food of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine (Kuts A. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine - the chief of staff Sen of A.V., the First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Salyutin R. V. and the first deputy the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A.
