About introduction of amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 305 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Law):
The word of part 2 "ten-day" to replace 1) with the word "30-days";
2) parts 3 and 4 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. Transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
2. Item 2 of article 1 of this Law is applied also when fine was ordered to pay before entry into force of this Law, and at the time of entry into force of this Law the terms established by part 3 or 4 of article 305 of the Code did not expire.
